Description
The combination of the breed (Dorper and Katahdin) and feed (grass fed with no grain), our lamb has a milder flavor than “normal” lamb. Some even describe it as “more beefy”.
Lamb has the best omega-6/3 ratios amongst the non-fish meats. It has even been called “Land Salmon” due to it’s high omega-3 content, but it tastes much better than omega-3 capsules.
This is a deposit to reserve a lamb. The final cost will be $17/lb. Most lambs will be between 35 and 50pounds. The lamb will be custom butchered to your specifications or you can use a standard cut list.
